John Y. Hur is currently serving as our Business Development and Marketing Director, where he is responsible for strategic growth, business development opportunities, as well as implementation of client relationship initiatives. Prior to becoming the firm's Business Development and Marketing Director, Mr. Hur focused on sales and marketing at a national legal services company where he fostered business relationships with attorneys and law firms.
Mr. Hur has over ten years of experience providing expert assistance in preparing, filing, and serving appeals in state and federal appellate courts nationwide. This includes assisting with the filing of thousands of appeals and petitions in courts across the county, including the California State and Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Hur has assisted with the most complex and high-profile filings, including filings relating to the California In Re Marriage Cases, water rights appeals and pharmaceutical class actions, to name a few.
Mr. Hur is a member of the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
